The world of crypto-gaming has exploded in recent months with the huge success of projects such as Axie Infinity, CryptoBlades and Monsters Clan. Similarly, gaming launchpads such as Seedify Fund and Gamestarter have seen incredible demand for new projects. The gaming sector of blockchain technology is currently the hottest sector amongst crypto enthusiasts and at BlockDesk Ventures we have been working extremely hard in the background to bring a gaming opportunity to our valued community. That opportunity has arrived in the form of Metaverse X!
Metaverse X is an MMO ‘massively multiplayer online’ game. It will allow players to design and build their own properties, equipment and structures. Gamers will be engineers, architects and sheriffs over their own piece of the Metaverse X world! It will be a sandbox game, built on the Binance Smart Chain featuring play-to-earn mechanics.
The big incentive to dive into this game is that you can mint all your creations into NFTs. You can sell buildings, land and equipment to earn money on the marketplace! This project will cater to everyone. Say you have a creative mind but do not want to battle others…. Then create a piece of equipment that other gamers can buy! Or vice-versa, you may want to complete a quest but require a particular item to help you, then you may be able to buy it! Everyone can profit from the Metaverse X universe. You can team up with your friends and challenge others to a battle in the PVP Arena; you can earn rewards by undertaking daily tasks; you can challenge a boss to a battle to win precious treasures! The features are endless!
The native token of Metaverse X is called MetaX. The token will be a true utility token supporting the in-game eco-system, early investors will have an opportunity to buy MetaX at a discounted price which will be facilitated by FairGame, a community-driven GameFi platform that combines the advantages of DeFi and NFT. The MetaX token can be staked to earn a percentage of the platform revenue. It is also important to note that the token will be deflationary, with regular token burning events as MetaX is bought with revenue generated through gameplay.
The roadmap for Metaverse X will see the completion of the project development by Q3 2022. The virtual world will go live in the coming weeks, with the IDO imminent! The NFT minting feature will be available in Q3 of 2021 so players can get straight down to business making items to trade and sell!
